We treat safety as a skill.

Educating our staff and customers on how to safely operate our system and their equipment puts the power into their hands. We have made safety a top priority, that is why Akron Energy Systems has a full-time accredited safety, health, and environmental director on staff who oversees a continuous safety training program.

Peer leadership is another component of our safety effort. Individual staff members are encouraged and compensated for their efforts to maintain a safe workspace, identify potential hazards, assessment of procedures, and customer training.
